The Mixed Martial Arts program at UAEJJFitness will teach students the fundamentals of various martial arts disciplines. Everyone will have the opportunity to indulge in several martial arts while only attending one type of class. MMA is the most famous and exciting martial arts, known to be a challenging yet energizing full-contact sport that implements a combination of techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Boxing to form a complete package.
